This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you interact with our Digital Ambassador showcase and is in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). By using this showcase, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
- Personal Information: We may collect personal information that you provide to us voluntarily, such as your name and email address when you create an account, or contact us for support.
- Information provided to our Digital Ambassadors: 1) Information contained in your questions to a Digital Ambassador: when you interact with a Digital Ambassador we will collect any information that is contained in the questions that you ask the Digital Ambassador; and 2) Information contained in your responses to questions from a Digital Ambassador: when you interact with a Digital Ambassador we will collect any information that is contained in the response that you give to a Digital Ambassador in response to its questions or responses.
- Usage Information: We collect non-personal information about how you interact with our Services, including your IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and the referring website. This information helps us analyze trends, administer our Services, and improve the user experience.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behavior, preferences, and interactions with our Services. These technologies allow us to personalize your experience, analyze usage patterns, and deliver targeted advertisements.

- Analytics and Improving our Services: We use the information to troubleshoot, test, research and for data analytics to improve our Digital Ambassadors and our users experiences creating aggregated and anonymised research about user journeys when interacting with our Digital Ambassadors (on the basis of our legitimate interests to develop our business).
- Marketing and Communications: With your consent, we may send you promotional materials, newsletters, and relevant updates about our products, services, and special offers. You have the option to opt-out of receiving such communications at any time.
- Legal Compliance and Protection: In some limited circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain personal data, which might include yours, if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.
Data Retention
- We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Your personal data will therefore be kept for the following periods (or, where there is no fixed period, the following factors will be used to determine how long it is kept): Identity & Contact Information including name and email : Data will be deleted at opt out.
Information Sharing
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, delivering products or services, conducting analytics, and processing payments. These providers have access to the information necessary to perform their functions but are obligated to maintain its confidentiality.

- The right to withdraw consent. This means that, if we are relying on your consent as the legal basis for using your personal data, you are free to withdraw that consent at any time.

This means that, if you have provided personal data to us directly, we are using it with your consent or for the performance of a contract, and that data is processed using automated means, you can ask us for a copy of that personal data to re-use with another service or business in many cases.
It is important that your personal data is kept accurate and up-to-date. If any of the personal data we hold about you changes, please keep us informed as long as we have that data.
Accessing Your Data
If you want to know what personal data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (where any such personal data is held). This is known as a “subject access request”.
- All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to support@emtoech.co
- There is not normally any charge for a subject access request. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding.
- We will respond to your subject access request within 3 weeks and, in any case, not more than one month of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time. In some cases, however, particularly if your request is more complex, more time may be required up to a maximum of three months from the date we receive your request. You will be kept fully informed of our progress.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete the information promptly.
